Sunday Breath Church~Breathe For Palestine

As our hearts break for the unimaginable tragedy that's happening to so many people on the other side of the world, let's get together and breathe. This practice will focus on bringing a sense of calm into our bodies and minds as we send love across the globe. This practice will reset your nervous system and set you up for a beautiful week ahead. 

All donations this week will be sent to PCRF (Palestine Children's Relief Fund), which provides quality free medical care to thousands of injured and ill children yearly who lack local access to care within the local health care system. I chose this charity because I have had to navigate the medical system for the past 10 years getting care for my daughter, and I can't imagine the relief I would feel if I were able to access care after not being able to, thanks to generous donors and volunteers who put my child as their priority.
